Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Delivery Driver at our Arvada, United States location! We're looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and quality products.
Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within the designated areaProvide exceptional customer service, representing our brand positivelyProcess customer payments and handle cash accuratelyAssist in store operations, including food preparation and packaging when neededMaintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and adhere to food safety standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsNavigate efficiently using maps and GPS to optimize delivery routesCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersAssist with inventory management and stocking as requiredPerform basic cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environmentQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum one year of driving history)Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveriesExcellent navigational skills and familiarity with the local areaStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsPhysical stamina to lift and carry items up to 50 poundsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyGood verbal and written communication skillsCapability to operate necessary equipment and technology (e.g., POS systems, smartphone apps)Willingness to work in varying weather conditionsAdditional InformationStooping/BendingForward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Crouching/SquattingPerformed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
ReachingReaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand TasksEye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work AidsTeam Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
REQUIRESValid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
DrivingDeliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift.
WalkingDelivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
