As a key player in our logistics operation, you will help us maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the busy season. Duties Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload products using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with company policies Manage delivery documentation via mobile devices, ensuring accuracy in tracking shipments and delivery statuses Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items or moving goods within warehouses or delivery sites Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and material handling tasks Experience Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is highly preferred Proven ability to operate commercial trucks, box trucks, or vans with manual transmission is advantageous Familiarity with manual handling techniques, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to traffic regulations for commercial vehicles Experience using mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently Strong commitment to safety standards including DOT regulations and weight handling protocols in the workplace This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving skills while contributing to a team dedicated to delivering excellence.
