We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and strive in a fast-paced environment! We are dedicated to ensuring our employees feel appreciated and acknowledged for their performance. This can be a full-time, part-time, or temporary position . You would be responsible for operating an electric or gas company vehicle to deliver packages to our customers.

Experience :

No experience is required What are the basic requirements? Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid and unrestricted Driver's License Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must successfully pass a Background Check Must complete and successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (No testing for marijuana) Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (multiple violations can potentially result in disqualifications) What are the key responsibilities?

Reliability:

Employees are required to arrive on time and attend each shift that they are scheduled for

Weather:

Work in outdoor conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, light, dark)

Smart Phone:

Use a company phone for GPS Navigation, clocking in/out, contacting dispatch on the road

Time Management:

Complete and deliver all assigned packages in a timely manner to fulfill customer promise

Safety:

Follow all state laws, road, driving regulations (speeding, seatbelt, stop sign, etc.). Make appropriate judgment calls when operating

Customer Service:

Respect customers and their property. Follow delivery instructions. Satisfy deliveries in a timely manner. Leave packages in a safe location.

Communication:

Talk to management and peers in a respectful manner. Inform dispatch or a manager about issues on the road.
