In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between our Dealership and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts and materials. Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles and personal vehicles, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws. Load, unload, and secure parts using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment. Drive designated routes efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery schedules and providing excellent customer service upon delivery. Verify deliveries against orders, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting manual handling tasks as needed. Communicate effectively using mobile devices to update routes, report issues, or confirm deliveries in real-time. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or courier services with a focus on safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver's license with a clean driving record; Strong knowledge of route planning, traffic regulations, and DOT compliance standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle physical tasks involving manual handling, moving heavy items safely, and adhering to workplace weight handling protocols.
