We are seeking a Warehouse, Receiving & Delivery Driver that will be a solid contributor to our team. The purpose of this position is to support warehouse and field operations by receiving and organizing materials, maintaining the warehouse, delivering materials and supplies to job sites, and keeping the office and facility clean and orderly. This position helps ensure materials are available when needed and are transported safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
  • Unload, organize, and properly store materials, supplies, and equipment in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure materials are readily accessible when needed.
  • Prepare, load, secure, and deliver materials and supplies to company job sites in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including travel across state lines as required.
  • Complete required delivery, receiving, and other related documentation accurately and timely.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment while following proper lifting and material-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse, including removing debris and properly disposing of waste.
  • Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of office areas, common areas, and other assigned facility spaces.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with general warehouse and facility tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the department.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Work is performed in warehouse, office, vehicle, and job site environments.
  • Regular exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions while performing deliveries and warehouse-related duties.
  • Frequent travel to company job sites, including interstate travel primarily between Connecticut and Massachusetts.
  • May be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, and other conditions typical of warehouse and construction environments.

  • Ensure confidentiality of customer and company proprietary information is maintained No prior warehouse experience required.
Must be able to perform warehouse, receiving, delivery, and general facility duties as assigned. Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, material handling, or delivery position preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Seeking an individual to work 32 - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday We are negotiable with hours / flexible days and schedule We are located at 14 Industrial Park Place Middletown, CT.
  • Ability to safely handle, organize, load, and unload materials and equipment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills with the ability to accurately enter and maintain shipping and receiving information.
  • Ability to read and understand packing slips, delivery information, and basic work instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and established procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with employees, vendors, and field employees.
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and follow applicable traffic laws and company policies.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials, supplies, and equipment as required.
  • Ability to safely perform warehouse, delivery, and general cleaning duties.
  • Ability to enter and exit company vehicles and drive for varying periods of time.
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and tolerate varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company motor vehicle in interstate commerce, as this position requires delivery of materials to job sites across state lines, primarily between Connecticut and Massachusetts. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
