May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

Position summary We're hiring a dependable Part-Time Delivery Driver (20 hours/week) to support our production and customer service teams by delivering finished orders to local customers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being on time, representing a business professionally, and handling materials with care.
Deliveries will primarily include:
Blueprints and plan sets Rolls of engineering paper Other printed materials as needed (varies by day) Key responsibilities Pick up completed orders from our Plainville location and deliver them to customer sites in the local area Handle materials carefully to prevent damage (keep items clean, dry, and secure during transport) Load/unload deliveries, including lifting and carrying heavier items (within safe limits) Follow delivery schedules and communicate proactively if delays occur Maintain accurate delivery documentation (signatures, delivery notes, basic logs) Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at drop-off Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Schedule & Location Part-time:
approximately 20 hours per week Hours scheduled during our business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (exact schedule set weekly) Based out of: Minuteman Press Plainville, 50 Corporate Avenue, Plainville, CT 06062 Requirements Valid driver's license Clean/good driving record Comfortable with frequent driving and local routes Able to safely lift, carry, and move materials (including blueprint sets and paper rolls) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional communication and customer service mindset What we provide Company vehicle provided Supportive team environment in a well-established local business Consistent part-time hours and clear expectations How to apply Reply with your resume (or a brief work history) and your availability.
