Job Description
Since 1968, Delaware Tire Centers has serviced the automotive repair, tire, and wheel needs of customers throughout Delaware and the Eastern shore of Maryland. Delaware Tire Centers is looking for a dependable, hardworking Tire Delivery Driver to join our team in Newark, DE. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in providing great customer service, and want to work with a local company in the automotive industry, we'd like to hear from you! What You'll Do Deliver tires and automotive products safely and efficiently to customers, repair shops, and commercial accounts. Load and unload tires and other materials. Verify orders and ensure the correct products are delivered to the correct locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle. Provide friendly, professional service to customers and business partners. Complete delivery paperwork and follow company procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties and tire handling when needed. Follow all traffic, safety, and company policies. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits. Ability to lift, carry, and move tires and other automotive products. Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work throughout the day. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
