PM What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, check guest and vendor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of club facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Communicate professionally with members, guests, vendors, and staff while providing directions and support in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license. Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
