Duties Safely operate various vehicles, including commercial trucks and automobiles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices. Deliver products efficiently along designated routes, ensuring on-time arrivals and pickups. Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build positive relationships. Manage merchandising tasks such as product placement and inventory checks at retail stores. Perform heavy lifting and organize deliveries with precision, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and communication records for seamless operations. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or automobile transportation preferred. Strong knowledge of route driving, navigation skills, and familiarity with DOT regulations. Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and transaction handling. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Prior retail store experience or merchandising background is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and paperwork efficiently.
