Drivers will pick up packages each morning from our partner warehouse in

7104 E 9th Ave, Tampa, FL 33619 After pickup, drivers travel south to their assigned delivery territory. We are looking for dependable drivers who are flexible about where they deliver within the territory. We will make every effort to place drivers in their preferred route area, but daily assignments are based on package volume and operational needs, so a specific route cannot always be guaranteed.

Driver pay is based on a percentage of the delivery revenue generated by the packages assigned to the driver. At the current customer rate, driver compensation is equivalent to approximately $1.75 per successfully delivered package. Because compensation is percentage-based, driver pay will adjust proportionally if the customer delivery rate changes. This is not an hourly position. Earnings depend on package volume and successful deliveries. What a Typical Day Looks Like Drivers will arrive at the Tampa warehouse, scan and organize packages, load their vehicle, travel to the assigned delivery territory, and complete deliveries using the required delivery app.
Drivers are responsible for:
Scanning, numbering, sorting, and loading packages Delivering all assigned packages Taking clear proof-of-delivery photos Following delivery instructions and app requirements Communicating with management throughout the day Properly handling undeliverable packages and delivery exceptions Maintaining reliable attendance and route completion Route Volume Current route volume varies by day. The Sarasota-area route has recently averaged around 200 packages per day total, while the Bradenton-area route has averaged around 400 packages per day total. Packages are divided among multiple drivers based on daily volume. Vehicle Requirements Drivers must provide their own reliable vehicle.

Sedan SUV Minivan Other reliable passenger vehicle Packages are generally small, and most standard passenger vehicles can accommodate a substantial number of packages.

Valid driver's license Active auto insurance Reliable personal vehicle Smartphone with dependable data service Ability to lift and handle packages throughout the day Strong attendance and communication Ability to follow delivery and proof-of-delivery requirements Willingness to deliver throughout the Sarasota/Bradenton territory when needed At least one weekend day of availability is required. Drivers should expect approximately a 45-75 mile drive from the warehouse to the delivery area, depending on the route and ZIP code assigned. Applicants should consider the commute, fuel usage, and vehicle expenses before applying. Schedule Routes operate throughout the week. Availability on weekends is important. The strongest candidates will be flexible and willing to help in either delivery territory depending on daily volume. We will try to keep drivers in their preferred area whenever possible, but flexibility is important because route assignments can change from day to day.
