Responsibilities Safely operate your own cargo van delivering Walmart's package. Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills and route driving knowledge to maximize productivity. Load and unload merchandise with heavy lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety. Communicate clearly with clients upon delivery, providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and client interactions. Follow all safety protocols for automobile transportation and ensure compliance with local traffic laws. Experience Prior experience in commercial driving or delivery roles is preferred, especially within retail store environments or merchandising. Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and route planning. Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and documentation effectively. Experience in customer relationship building through professional service and attentive communication.
