Maingate DSP Inc. is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing team! Whether you have delivery experience or are completely new to the industry, we'll provide paid training to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a Delivery Driver, you will: Safely operate a company-provided delivery van. Deliver approximately 200-250 packages per day to residential and business customers. Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule. Provide professional, friendly, and exceptional customer service. Use a smartphone and delivery app to navigate routes and complete deliveries. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and delivery standards. Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team. Schedule 4-5 days per week Up to 10-hour shifts Weekend availability required Work outdoors and in various weather conditions.

Have a valid Florida Driver's License . Can safely lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. , with or without reasonable accommodation. Are comfortable using smartphones and delivery applications. Have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Possess excellent customer service and time-management skills. Are comfortable working weekends and in various weather conditions. Can work independently while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.
