Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with furniture delivery and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of handling large furniture items, and committed to providing a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Safely receive, inspect, and organize incoming furniture shipments Carefully prepare furniture for customer deliveries Deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude Inspect furniture for quality and accuracy before delivery Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy Assist with loading and unloading furniture Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help with additional tasks as needed to support daily business operations Qualifications Valid driver's license Previous warehouse, delivery, furniture moving, or logistics experience preferred Ability to safely lift and move large, heavy furniture items Strong attention to detail and ability to handle valuable merchandise with care Professional appearance and good grooming habits Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Team player willing to assist wherever needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers respectfully, and understands the importance of handling high-end furniture with care. Experience with furniture delivery and moving is a plus and may qualify candidates for higher starting pay.
