This role involves commercial truck driving, route navigation, heavy lifting, and basic math skills to ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. The Delivery Driver plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries. Duties Operate commercial trucks to deliver goods to designated locations following assigned routes Navigate routes efficiently using maps or GPS devices, ensuring timely arrivals Load and unload items, often requiring heavy lifting, with attention to safety protocols Verify delivery orders for accuracy and completeness before dispatching Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, conducting routine inspections as needed Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues Complete delivery documentation accurately using basic math skills for calculations such as quantities or measurements Experience Prior experience in commercial truck driving or delivery services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately Strong route planning and navigation skills Physical ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift Good communication skills and a professional attitude Valid driver's license appropriate for commercial vehicle operation Join our team as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our logistics network, ensuring products reach our customers efficiently and safely.
