MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT

•No tickets for excessive speed within last 3 years, no accidents within last 3 years, no DUIS within last 10)
DRUG TEST

•ex: No medical Marijuana Cards) Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions (Rain, Cold, Heat, Snow, etc) Must be able to lift up to 150 LBS Must obtain
