SHIFT STRUCTURE

Shifts typically start around 11:00 AM and run 8-10 hours Drivers work up to 4 days per week, including weekends Weekend availability required $21.50 per hour (bi-weekly pay) Location Start & end location: 6499 NW 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 One location, on-the-road delivery required Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery van Delivery routes include a high volume of stops (300+ per day). Efficiency and stamina are essential to success Load, unload, and handle packages up to 50 lbs Use a handheld scanner to track deliveries Represent Trek Logistics professionally at every stop Maintain vehicle fueling, cleanliness, and basic upkeep Meet all route, safety, and performance goals Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean MVR Authorized to work in the U.S. Must meet all pre-employment screening requirements, including a motor vehicle record review Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and being on your feet for up to 10 hours in a fast-paced environment Able to operate GPS and delivery apps English required; Spanish a plus What We Offer Paid training Company-provided uniforms and bi-weekly pay schedule Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Important Notes This is a dynamic, active role.
