What We Offer Very competitive salary Company-provided vehicle and uniform• Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance (available after 90 days•) Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays (for qualifying employees after 90 days) Paid vacation after 1 year of employment Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Clean background check Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass a drug screening (including random screenings) Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate (company-paid) Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs (hand trucks provided) Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday as needed) Key Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with all DOT and company policies Deliver and pick up packages along assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner Use a handheld device to scan, track, and confirm deliveries and pickups Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered to the correct location Load and organize packages to maximize route efficiency Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times Follow assigned routes while adapting to traffic, weather, and delivery conditions Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures at all times
