• Delivery Operations
• Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standardsNavigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applicationsLocate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery areaNavigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveriesMaintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork
• In-Store Support
• Operate all equipment as directedStock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in coolerPrepare products according to company specifications as neededReceive and process telephone orders when requiredMaintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis
• Customer and Team Communication
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writingProcess orders accurately over the phone and in personProvide professional customer service and service recovery as neededComprehend and execute written instructions correctly
• Administrative and Financial Responsibilities
• Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating changePerform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracyEnter orders using computer keyboards or touch screensMaintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactionsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
