Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report . (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Lift and carry packages up to 50lbs of various sizes
• Safely get in and out of the delivery vehicle and walk up and down stairs repeatedly throughout the work day
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 5-Panel pre-employment drug screening
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Must commute to Gainesville, FL for work
• Must be willing to work at least 1 weekend day each week

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Safely handle and successfully deliver packages to customer's homes and businesses Must be comfortable and safely drive in varying weather conditions . Perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Compensation and Benefits:

Scheduling:

4-day work week (30-40 hours) is typical Schedule for FT delivery drivers is a rotation where team members should not work more than 4 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time Must have availability of at least 1 weekend day, per week Workdays are created to take 10 hours Expect daytime shift, 9:30am-8:00pm. A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
