• DJX4: 450 General Doolittle Drive Jacksonville, FL 32225 Job Description As a Delivery Associate, you'll operate a company-provided delivery van, work independently while being supported by an experienced operations team, with opportunities to grow into Lead Drivers, Dispatch Shifts, Operations, Fleet and/or Management roles.

$22.25 an hour for Cargo Van Paid weekly 4-day work week (Open Availability) 3 days off a week Overtime Opportunities Paid Training Performance Incentives No CDL needed

What You'll Do:

Safely deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers Operate a company-provided delivery van Load and organize packages for your route Follow delivery routes using Amazon technology and utilize other mobile applications Maintain safe driving habits and follow all traffic laws Provide outstanding customer service Communicate with dispatch throughout the day Complete deliveries efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards

Work Environment:

Employees will be driving a company vehicle supporting Jacksonville and surrounding areas Must be comfortable working alone and communicating with dispatch and supervisors through provided mobile device North Florida weather: Hot, Humid, Rain, Thunderstorms, Cold (winter)

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Valid U.S. Driver's License (Clean Driving Record) Eligible to work in the United States Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test Pass a background check Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
