26' Box Truck (Lift Gate) Owner-Operator — $220/Day + Gas Bonuses Welcome to JCG Courier Express! ;) JCG Courier Express is looking for reliable, motivated 26-ft Box Truck Owners/Owner-Operators to join our growing delivery operation in Lakeland, FL 33811. If you're looking for a consistent delivery opportunity with the potential to earn additional bonuses, we'd love to hear from you! Position Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to qualify.
- Must own or have access to a 26-ft box truck with a working lift gate.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to complete assigned routes.
- Must be available 5 days per week.
- Must complete a minimum of 12 stops per day.
- Must be able to safely load, transport, and deliver packages.
- Must maintain a professional standard when interacting with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Must successfully complete the required MVR check and background check.
- Must complete a short phone interview as part of the onboarding process.
Pay & Bonuses Base Pay:
$220 per dayPay :
Every Friday Drivers who complete additional deliveries beyond the required route may be eligible for gas bonuses and additional incentives. The more packages you successfully deliver, the greater your opportunity to earn additional bonuses. Route & Warehouse Information JCG Courier Express will provide the required warehouse/location information for your assigned routes. Drivers are responsible for reporting to the assigned location on time and completing their assigned route. Insurance Requirement All drivers are required to maintain the required cargo insurance coverage through the insurance company provided by JCG Courier Express. No outside insurance provider may be used for the required cargo coverage. The insurance cost is approximately $12-$23 per week, depending on the applicable coverage and individual circumstances. Route Completion Policy Once a driver accepts an assigned route, they are expected to complete the route in its entirety. Failure to complete an assigned package route without an approved reason may result in termination. We are looking for dependable drivers who understand the importance of completing deliveries and providing consistent service to our customers. Technology & Proof of Delivery After you are hired and successfully complete onboarding, JCG Courier Express will provide you with access to our delivery management application. The app will be used to:- Check packages in and out
- Manage your assigned route
- Track deliveries
- Submit proof of delivery
- Upload delivery photos when required
