Starting Salary:

Major Accountabilities Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and able to meet MHF driver requirements. Always operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays weekends and evenings. Excellent communication and decision-making skills Requirements For Success High School Diploma/GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Should be a people person! Not afraid to engage/start conversation with customers. Present yourself in a friendly and professional manner. Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment. Ability to quickly perform basic math. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Preparing/loading/delivery of merchandise onto trucks for transport and successfully delivering goods to customers while providing a professional and hassle-free experience. Conduct and complete inventory counts to identify and protect company assets. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide outstanding customer service to all clients. Contributing to a positive, productive, and cohesive work environment. Assist in merchandising and relocating products instore/warehouse. Prior experience in lifting, loading, unloading and/or assembling furniture preferred. Ability to read ID Labels, shipping tickets, SKU and stock numbers required. Stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location).
Ability to:
lift 25 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 50 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 250 lbs. (with assistance if necessary).
