Full-Time The Renovation Warehouse is a growing door and millwork supplier serving contractors and construction professionals throughout Florida. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, hands-on individual to join our team as a Full-Time Delivery Driver / Millwork Assembler. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable driving a delivery truck, and takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Delivery Safely load, secure, and transport doors, frames, millwork, and other building materials. Make deliveries to job sites, contractors, and customers throughout the local area and South Florida. Assist with loading and unloading heavy materials. Verify orders and delivery paperwork before and after deliveries. Communicate professionally with customers and job-site personnel. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Follow all company safety procedures and driving requirements.
Shop / Assembly
Assemble prehung doors and other millwork products according to company specifications. Install hinges, door hardware, weatherstripping, and other components. Measure, cut, drill, and perform other basic shop tasks. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Safely operate basic hand and power tools. Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe shop. Perform other warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous delivery, warehouse, construction, carpentry, millwork, or door experience is a plus. Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials. Ability to safely lift 75+ lbs. Comfortable working on your feet and performing physically demanding work. Basic understanding of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Professional attitude and good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to travel for deliveries, including occasional longer-distance trips within Florida. The right candidate will be someone we can depend on both on the road and in the shop. Construction, carpentry, door, millwork, or building-material experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Physical Requirements This position involves frequent lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, bending, standing, walking, and working with doors and other building materials. Candidates must be physically capable of performing these duties safely. Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday Schedule may vary depending on delivery routes and business needs.
