Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver/Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time to various locations. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service, combined with your driving expertise, will ensure our clients receive their orders with professionalism and care. Duties Safely operate a box truck for route driving, ensuring timely deliveries across designated areas Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of shipments before dispatching Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before and after each shift Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing stock when not on delivery routes Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or box truck driver with a strong focus on customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pass background check and drug test Experience operating box trucks, manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, and pallet jacks preferred Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and moving Familiarity with route planning, load & unload procedures, and warehouse operations Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in delivering excellence!
