Answer customer questions and build positive relationships with clients. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services when appropriate. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, pricing information, and transaction records. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Organize daily deliveries to maximize efficiency, productivity, and route performance. Merchandise products at retail stores or customer locations when needed. Represent the company professionally at every customer interaction. Experience & Qualifications Minimum age: 25 years old. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Previous commercial driving or delivery experience is highly preferred. Experience with retail environments, merchandising, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of applicable DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to safely lift and move heavy merchandise.
