Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to deliver goods to various locations. Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety. Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns courteously. Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when necessary, and complete all required documentation accurately. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with warehouse staff for inventory management, loading schedules, and proper cargo handling. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, moving, and heavy lifting techniques. Proficiency in driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred). Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving equipment, and vehicle operation.
