We are looking for professional, dependable class A CDL drivers who value a strong safety culture, top-tier equipment, and being home daily. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a 53-foot commercial tractor-trailer to transport goods and freight across assigned local or regional routes. This role serves as a key driver of company operations by ensuring strict adherence to DOT and federal safety regulations, maintaining accurate log records with an easy-to-use modern electronic logging device, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, operating automatic transmission day cabs with modern safety technology, and delivering dependable service while upholding company safety standards.

Compensation Base Pay:

$32.13 per trip hour

Pay Schedule:

Semi-monthly (on the 10th and 25th)

Schedule Home Daily:

Local routes ensure you are home at the end of every shift

Schedule Adaptability:

Because our routes directly support the USPS, schedules adapt to real-time postal needs and are subject to change

License & Experience License Type:

Class A Commercial Driver's License (Required for minimum of 2 consecutive years)

Clean Driving Record:

Clean Clearinghouse record and no more than 2 combined tickets or accidents within the last 2 years

Tractor-Trailer Experience:

Matching one of these timelines: 12 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years 2 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years General Requirements Full-time, in-person Minimum 21 years of age with a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) physical Pass a company road test Pass a drug screening and background check Strong ability to follow written/oral instructions and strictly follow DOT laws, safety rules, and procedures Physical Requirements Bend at the waist, kneel, crouch, and use steps to enter and exit buildings and commercial motor vehicles Push mail equipment weighing up to 800 pounds (on wheels) Load and unload up to 22 double-stacked pallet positions, for a total of up to 44 pallets.
