POSITION

•Delivery Driver Making deliveries of bulk quantities of plants to our local customers. This is a seasonal job and perfect for a retiree who likes driving and interacting with people. It is requires physical stamina as you have to be able to unload the plants when you get to a delivery site.

WORK SCHEDULE

Mid November through Christmas

•poinsettia deliveries Mid March through Mother's Day

•hanging basket deliveries We grow plants in mass quantities and these are our two high volume seasons. Deliveries can be scheduled any morning of the week, but will mainly be Monday-Friday. I am looking for someone with flexibilty to deliver any morning needed. Arrival time can vary between 6:00-7:30am depending on the location of the delivery. Most deliveries will be completed by 12:00-2:00pm. Some deliveries may be futher away and require a longer drive and some my be closer and end earlier.

REQUIREMENTS CLEAN MVR

•you must have your CLEAN 7+ year MVR in hand at your interview. Must be

ATLEAST 21

years old

MUST HAVE

previous experience driving a delivery van and 16-foot box truck. Ability to repeatedly lift 10-15 lbs. Ability to work on a tablet for invoicing. Customer service skills. Starting rate is $15.00
