Cargo Van or High-Roof Sprinter Van Job Description JaeNcourier LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers with access to a dependable Cargo Van or High-Roof Sprinter Van. Drivers will handle high-volume, multi-stop local delivery routes supporting Walmart's last-mile delivery network. Responsibilities include picking up pre-sorted retail merchandise, e-commerce orders, and oversized items from a designated Walmart location and delivering them directly to residential and business customers. We are hiring both full-time and part-time drivers to provide coverage for a 7-day-per-week delivery route. Flexible Scheduling The route operates 7 days per week, and we are looking for a combination of full-time and part-time independent contractors to ensure complete weekly coverage. Your schedule will be discussed and coordinated individually with each applicant based on your availability and the days you are able to work. We can work with different availability schedules as long as the required route coverage is maintained. This creates an opportunity for drivers who want to work the full 7-day schedule as well as drivers who are interested in covering select days during the week. Whether you are looking for full-time work or part-time days, we are interested in speaking with you. Responsibilities Arrive at the designated store location on time for the scheduled rollout. Sort, scan, organize, and load packages into your vehicle according to route sequence. Safely transport and deliver general merchandise, ranging from small parcels to oversized items such as large TVs and outdoor equipment. Navigate residential neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and commercial properties using GPS and the required delivery app. Complete door-to-door deliveries to the customer's front door, porch, or designated drop-off location. Safely handle and organize multi-package deliveries using appropriate equipment. Scan barcodes and follow all delivery-app prompts. Take clear photo proof of delivery at every stop. Maintain professional and dependable service throughout the route.

Route Expectations Route operates:

7 days per week.

Driver opportunities:

Full-time and part-time.

Schedule:

Flexible and coordinated based on each individual applicant's availability.

Primary rollout:

2:00 PM.

Additional rollout opportunities:

10:00 AM and 12:00 PM may be available, but these shifts are not guaranteed.

Route length:

Approximately 7-10 hours from store load-out through final delivery.

Standard volume:

Approximately 60-80 stops per day.

Peak-season volume:

Routes may increase to approximately 90-110 stops per day and 100+ packages.

Delivery area:

Regional routes may cover a 30-50+ mile radius from the originating store. Contractor Requirements Must own, lease, or operate a reliable Cargo Van or High-Roof Sprinter Van. Vehicle must be in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. Valid, unexpired driver's license. Active commercial or standard auto insurance meeting applicable state requirements. Valid vehicle registration. Must successfully pass a standard Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Must successfully pass a criminal background screening. Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs, with occasional heavier items handled using proper equipment. Modern smartphone with a reliable cellular data plan. Required delivery equipment, including a heavy-duty hand truck/dolly and cargo straps.
