As a Parts Counter Consultant/Delivery driver, you will be the backbone of our parts department, ensuring our retail customers, wholesale accounts, and service technicians get the exact GM Genuine and ACDelco parts they need.
Assist Customers & Technicians:
Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from retail customers, commercial accounts, and internal service technicians.
Identify & Source Parts:
Use specialized electronic parts catalogs to accurately identify, locate, and order vehicle components.
Inventory Management:
Receive, unpack, catalog, and stock incoming inventory while keeping the parts department organized and clean.
Process Transactions:
Provide precise quotes, invoice parts sales, collect payments, and accurately manage cash/credit balances.
Build Relationships:
Deliver exceptional, friendly service that upholds our 75+ year reputation for honesty and integrity.
Delivering parts:
Deliver parts to our wholesale customers and pick up payments for the parts
Schedule & Hours:

Parts Department Hours:
Monday
  • Friday (8:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM) and alternating Saturdays (8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM).
Sundays Closed:
We protect your family time.

Requirements:
Experience:
Previous automotive parts counter experience (dealership or aftermarket retail) is highly preferred. Knowledge of GM parts is a major plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, active listening, and a customer-first mindset.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating dealership inventory software, digital catalogs, and basic computer applications.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to multi-task and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Drive:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
