We're actively recruiting dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Delivery Associates - Walkers to deliver packages on foot in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout the day, working independently, and providing excellent customer service to the community. As a Delivery Associate - Walker, you will safely and efficiently deliver packages on foot within an assigned delivery area using a hand truck and company-provided delivery device. No driving is required for this position. Paid training is provided, and no previous delivery experience is required.

Midtown, Atlanta, GA Full-Time | 8 Hour Shifts | Weekend Availability Required Responsibilities

• Load hand trucks and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on foot in all weather conditions, safely, efficiently, and on time
• Use handheld devices and navigation technology for routing, scanning, and delivery confirmation
• Deliver packages to homes, apartments, businesses, and other assigned locations
• Walk for extended periods and navigate sidewalks, stairs, buildings, elevators, and other delivery environments
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Follow all company safety policies and delivery procedures

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must possess a valid government-issued ID
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely push and maneuver a loaded hand truck
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently climb stairs, bend, reach, and handle packages throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to use a smartphone or handheld delivery device
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required Preferred (Not Required)
• Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or similar experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
