Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner while providing excellent customer service. Ensures orders are accurate, follows delivery routes efficiently, and maintains the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders to customers according to scheduled routes. Load, unload, and secure merchandise to prevent damage during transport. Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures when required. Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery. Inspect vehicle before and after shifts to ensure safe operation. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delays or issues. Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes, delivery status, or customer concerns. Handle cash or electronic payments when necessary.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to use GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
