$150/day after training | Up to $180/day for experienced, reliable drivers No CDL required. Company truck provided. Leeson Logistics is hiring dependable FedEx Ground / Home Delivery drivers. You start at the Braselton terminal at 7:30 AM , then run a consistent local route through Gainesville and Dahlonega — residential and commercial stops, company vehicle, same type of work every day. If you show up, drive safely, and finish the route, this is steady full-time work with a clear path to higher daily pay.

Pay Training:

$100/day After training: $150+/day Experienced / strong performers: up to $190/day Raises based on reliability and consistency (can happen before 90 days)

Schedule Start:

7:30 AM at the Braselton terminal 5-6 days per week , including weekends Full-time and part-time openings What you get Company truck (no personal vehicle) Paid training and structured onboarding Consistent, manageable routes — not downtown Atlanta traffic Referral program Direct, professional management focused on keeping good drivers What you'll do Report to the Braselton FedEx terminal, inspect the truck, and load your route Deliver packages to homes and businesses in the Gainesville / Dahlonega area Scan accurately, follow FedEx contractor safety standards, and complete the route Represent the company professionally at every stop Requirements 21 or older Valid driver's license and clean MVR At least 6 months of driving experience (delivery, commercial, or similar) in the last 12 months Pass background check, drug screen, DOT physical, and road test Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) Able to lift/move packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment Must meet FedEx contractor safety standards Prior FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS, or box-truck / step-van experience is a plus — not required.
