Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for delivery purposes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load, unload, and organize products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Deliver goods promptly to customers' locations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining professional customer interactions. Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with dispatch teams. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with all legal requirements before each shift. Follow safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries and promote workplace safety. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving preferred; familiarity with commercial driving is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial trucks is highly desirable. Ability to handle manual transmission vehicles or personal vehicles used for deliveries. Experience with manual handling, moving heavy items, and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries and interactions with clients. Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times. Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving heavy lifting, manual handling, and moving inventory. Reliable use of mobile devices for route management, documentation, and communication purposes.
