Job Description
Overview We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and eager-to-learn Shop Assistant & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs help. You'll work alongside our cabinet builders, finishers, and warehouse team primarily handling deliveries, pickups, and other logistical needs. What You'll Do Shop Support Assist our cabinet builders and finishers with day-to-day shop work Move, stage, load, and unload cabinets and materials Help prepare cabinets and materials for production Assist with sanding, prep work, cleaning, masking, and other shop tasks as needed Keep the shop, work areas, and equipment clean, organized, and safe Driving & Logistics Safely and responsibly operate 16' and 24' box trucks Transport cabinets and materials between our warehouse and off-site storage locations Load and secure cabinets and materials properly for transportation Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Run occasional errands and supply pickups for the production team Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Team & Culture Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed Communicate effectively with teammates and management Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments Maintain a positive, professional attitude What We're Looking For Impeccable driving record Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work Comfortable driving larger vehicles; experience with box trucks is a plus Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving cabinets and materials Hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to use basic tools Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks Professional and respectful when interacting with customers, vendors, and coworkers Why Join Renew Medic by FIX?
