Full Job Description Job Overview:

The Home Delivery & Showroom Display Associate plays a crucial role in performing the efficient delivery of products to customers' homes, creating an inviting and well-organized store atmosphere, and ensuring that furniture and mattresses are displayed in a visually appealing manner. This role requires a balance of attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent customer service skills. Home Delivery Load and unload furniture and mattresses safely and efficiently, ensuring all products are handled with care to avoid damage. Set up furniture and mattresses in customers' homes according to their preferences and specifications. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns, and resolving minor issues on-site. Communicate with the store team to report any delivery challenges, delays, or damages. Staging the next deliveries for the following day. Showroom Display Assistance Rotate merchandise to showcase new arrivals and best sellers while keeping the showroom organized and appealing. Unboxing, assembling, and set-up of new products onto the sales floor. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the showroom. Previous experience in home delivery. (Required) Ability to drive a truck up to 22 feet in length. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy furniture and mattresses safely. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. No CDL required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
