Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and departures at each stop Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing any delivery concerns professionally Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with maintenance standards Assist with merchandising by organizing products upon delivery for optimal presentation and accessibility Handle heavy lifting of packages or goods with proper technique to prevent injury while maintaining productivity Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent required; clean driving record preferred Strong knowledge of route driving, navigation tools, and traffic regulations Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling pricing details, measurements, or calculations related to deliveries Experience in sales or upselling is a plus for promoting additional products or services during deliveries Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physical stamina is essential Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate documentation Prior military experience involving disciplined driving or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your driving expertise meets exceptional service!
