Job Description
We're looking for reliable and motivated drivers to join the team at
MNIFST LOGISTICS.
This is a hands-on, local driving role focused on consistent daytime routes and quality service.What the job looks like:
Complete 1-3 deliveries per day within the Atlanta area Routes are local, typically within an 80-mile radius Start times vary, with shifts generally running between 6:00 AM- 4:00 PM Monday through Friday schedule — no weekends required Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Must be able to safely operate a truck & trailer combination and 26ft box truck for scheduled deliveries
- Load, secure, and transport freight properly (strapping and securing required) Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth deliveries Perform basic pre
- and post-trip inspections Maintain a professional attitude and Appearance representing the company on every job site What to expect: Steady, predictable work with manageable daily stops A mix of warehouse, construction site, and business deliveries Independence on the road with support from dispatch when needed A role that values efficiency, safety, and reliability This position is ideal for a driver who prefers local routes, consistent weekday work, and a straightforward delivery schedule without long-haul demands.
Pay Structure:
Drivers earn 25% of the truck's daily revenue Pay is performance-based — more loads completed = higher earnings Opportunity to increase income percentage through efficiency and consistent work- Documentation of route completion.
