The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience working independently to set procedures, uphold standards, and works with management to achieve results. Experience in food service or manufacturing is a plus. Our fast paced environment demands passion, multitasking, high attention to detail, the ability to perform with a sense of urgency, and keen problem solving and organization skills.

Job Duties:

Deliver a wide variety of items to different drop locations through different routes. Follow routes and time schedule. Own the safety and sanitation ensuring a safe work environment 100% of the time. Uphold the GCF product specifications and ensure our customers receive quality products. Load, unload, inspect and clean company vehicle. Pick up products for GCF Kitchen team if necessary. Plan, coordinate, and monitor all deliveries and drop off locations Maintain effective communication with team members, management and partners. Use logic, common sense, and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and escalate to management. Keep detailed records, complete logs, reports and recaps. Follow traffic laws and drive in a safe manner to ensure safety of the driver, others on the road and condition of company vehicle. Represent GCF in a professional and responsible manner at all times. Maintain facility and equipment and schedule preventive maintenance with company vehicle. Be passionate about learning.
