Job Description
About the Position Aina Meals is looking for a reliable, positive, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for delivering meal prep orders and catering throughout Oʻahu using a company-provided delivery van. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, interacting with customers, and representing a local business. No experience is required—we'll train the right person. For team members interested in additional hours, there may be opportunities to assist with meal prep, cooking, packaging, and restaurant operations, but kitchen work is completely optional. Responsibilities Deliver meal prep orders and catering orders throughout Oʻahu Load and unload meals, catering equipment, and supplies Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time Provide outstanding customer service Safely operate and maintain the company delivery van Communicate with customers and team members professionally Represent Aina Meals with a positive attitude and professional appearance Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and professional with customers Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently Able to lift up to 50 pounds No experience required Compensation & Benefits $18-$20 per hour DOE Tips Company delivery van provided Full-time, consistent hours Growth opportunities within the company Employee meal discounts Optional opportunities for additional hours in meal prep and kitchen operations Schedule Full-Time Weekend availability preferred Morning and afternoon shifts available Some catering and special event deliveries may be required Why Join Aina Meals?
