Route Sales Driver Pan-O-Gold Baking Co - Marion, IA Now accepting resumes for a Route Sales Driver in the Marion, IA and surrounding area.

What you will do:

At Pan O Gold we sell bread, buns and other bakery goods to restaurants, grocery stores, schools and other institutions. We deliver these products to the locations in a stepvan(UPS style truck). We work a split schedule working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Start times vary by route but can be as early as 3 a.m. Most routes will run between 40 to 50 hours per week.

Compensation:

At Pan O Gold we operate off of a Base plus Commission wage system. During training we pay a flat $850 per week for the 4 weeks of training. Thereafter you can earn our base plus commission wages. The average first year driver will be between $55,000 and up with some of our high performance routes earning $80k+.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will need to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and have an acceptable driving record. No experience Required.
