$20.00/hour 35-45 Hours Per Week Performance Review After 90 Days About the Position 3L Logistics Inc is hiring dependable delivery drivers for FedEx package delivery routes serving primarily rural areas. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and spending more time on the road than running door-to-door all day, this position may be a good fit. Our routes are mostly rural, meaning more drive time and fewer dense neighborhood stops compared to city routes. What You'll Do Load packages into delivery vehicles each morning Deliver packages safely and efficiently along assigned routes Operate a handheld scanner for package deliveries Use an iPad/navigation system to follow routes Perform vehicle inspections and maintain safe driving practices Provide professional customer service during deliveries Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $20.00/hour Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for pay adjustment Typical work week: 35-45 hours Typical work day: 8:30am-4:30pm (varies) Paid training (1-2 weeks) at full starting wage Benefits (Available After 90 Days) 40 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) 16 hours paid sick leave Access to health, dental, and vision insurance What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable driving for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the day Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Ability to pass required background/drug screening and DOT physical requirements
