Job Summary About the Role We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Route Sales & Delivery Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our creamery—responsible for delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products to our established wholesale accounts while actively expanding our footprint by acquiring new accounts across the region. If you enjoy working independently, building strong relationships with local business owners, and driving growth, this position offers the perfect blend of active delivery work and sales rewards. Key Responsibilities Route Delivery & Customer Service (Approx. 70%) Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport refrigerated dairy products along scheduled regional routes. Load, unload, and stock products at customer locations (restaurants, specialty markets, grocery stores, and institutional buyers) with care. Manage delivery manifests, invoices, and product returns while maintaining accurate daily records. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring timely deliveries, addressing inventory needs, and delivering outstanding service. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- or post-trip safety inspections. Account Acquisition & Sales Growth (Approx. 30%) Identify and prospect potential wholesale accounts (cafes, bakeries, retail outlets, restaurants, and regional buyers). Conduct cold calls, present product samples, and pitch our dairy lineup to business owners and head chefs. Secure new commercial accounts and seamlessly integrate them into established delivery routes. Upsell additional product offerings to existing accounts to increase route density and sales volume.
