Discount Programs Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

(3) or more years of experience as a Delivery Driver/Mover.

Must have driving experience using 26' Box truck and other various vehicles.

Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for (3) three-year period prior to employment.

Must have thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.

Experienced in delivery of heavy equipment (approximately 200-600lbs).

Must pass and maintain IDOT certification and Physical. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and Management.

Ability to operate, maintain and perform safety checks on trucks and equipment.

Ability to multi-task and follow directions.

Ability to lift and place heavy items using (2/4) wheel dollies.

Ability to operate a variety of fork-lift equipment.

Familiar with warehouse duties and functions.

PC, Windows, Office suite, Email knowledge.

Basic PC configuration knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. Operate 26' Box trucks for daily equipment deliveries and removals.

Call Retailers to insure delivery schedule for next day.

Ensure all removal and installation paperwork is completed accurately and properly.

Help plan delivery routes to retailer and storage units.

Return all completed removal and installation paperwork to the supervisor in a timely manner

Interact with retailers and technicians to ensure proper equipment deliveries.

Occasionally work in warehouse refurbishing equipment when not on delivery truck.

Keep vehicles clean, organized and serviced.

Fill out daily truck/delivery logs.

Inform manager and supervisor of issues.

Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and removal operations.

Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition.

Report any vehicle, equipment, or warehouse issues to management promptly.

Maintain delivery trucks and ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.

Keep track of required yearly vehicle inspections and ensure inspections are completed on time.

Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the warehouse.
