Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of Pella products to customer homes and job sites. You will represent our brand in the field, interact directly with customers, and ensure each delivery meets Pella's quality and service standards. This is a customer-facing role that requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and safe driving habits.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks with care, performing visual quality checks on all products Drive a Pella delivery truck on assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Collect customer signatures and payments for COD deliveries Maintain communication with the office and customers as needed Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Represent Pella professionally at all job sites and maintain a clean appearance Follow all safety guidelines and comply with DOT and fleet safety policies

Requirements:

Valid Class D commercial driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Prior experience in delivery or construction material handling is a plus

Work Environment:

This position involves daily driving, product handling, and delivery to residential and construction job sites. Work is year-round with variable weather conditions, and may include moderate to heavy physical labor.
