Job Description
Theosis Logistics LLC - Cicero, IL Full-Time | 4 Days per Week | Paid Training Reliable. Coachable. Accountable. Those are the three things we care about most at Theosis Logistics. You don't need delivery experience. We'll train you. We're looking for people who show up when they're scheduled, take safety and performance coaching seriously, and take ownership of doing the job the right way. You'll drive a company-provided cargo van and deliver packages throughout the Chicago area. Expect to walk several miles, climb stairs, repeatedly get in and out of the van, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs. You'll be working outside in all kinds of Chicago weather. Day to day, you'll: Safely operate a company-provided delivery van Load and deliver packages along an assigned route Use a company-provided smartphone for navigation and deliveries Follow safety and delivery procedures Get in and out of the vehicle throughout the day Stay in communication with dispatch Take care of company vehicles and equipment Requirements At least 21 years old Valid driver's license Eligible to work in the U.S. Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van throughout the shift Able to work 4 days per week Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week Able to meet required pre-employment screening requirements Reliable transportation to and from our Cicero location No CDL or previous delivery experience required Grow With Us We want to promote from within.
