Delivery Driver - Full-Time About the Role Join Spears Delivery Service , a high-performing delivery team with more than 15 million packages delivered and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service. As a Delivery Driver, you'll spend most of your day on the road delivering packages safely and efficiently throughout local communities. No previous delivery experience is required—we provide paid training. We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, follow safety standards, and are committed to providing a great customer experience. What You'll Do Safely operate and maneuver a full-size cargo van. Deliver packages accurately and on time. Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information. Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day. Walk and climb stairs during your shift. Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Follow all company safety and delivery procedures. Provide professional and courteous service to customers. Schedule Full-time position. 10:00 AM start time. Shifts typically last 8-10 hours . Typically 4 days per week . Operations run 7 days a week . Weekend availability is required. Delivery Area Our current delivery area primarily includes western and southwestern suburban communities, including Hinsdale, Western Springs, La Grange, and Brookfield . Delivery areas may change based on business needs. Valid driver's license. Eligible to work in the U.S. Comfortable driving and maneuvering a full-size cargo van, including residential streets, parking lots, and tight spaces. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings.
