Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Driver & Warehouse Helper to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of safely operating delivery vehicles with supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service while ensuring efficient handling of goods. Responsibilities Deliver frozen food products along assigned routes in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. Accurately pick products for daily delivery. Maintain accurate delivery documentation including schedules, temperature logs, and signed invoices. Communicate delivery updates, customer concerns, and vehicle issues promptly to supervisors. Assist with loading and unloading products to ensure safe handling and order accuracy. Follow all company policies including GMP, food safety, road safety, and OSHA regulations. Keep delivery vehicle, freezer, and warehouse areas clean and organized daily. Use company software for basic functions such as email and invoice processing. Demonstrate professionalism, customer service, and teamwork on every delivery route. Support other distribution tasks as needed, including warehouse organization and freezer support. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving is preferred but not mandatory. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving or van driving; a clean driving record is essential. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. Able to push/pull pallets and operate a pallet jack. Comfortable working in cold environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to enter/exit delivery vehicles and climb stairs throughout the day. Familiarity with food safety practices preferred; training provided. Knowledge of traffic regulations, DOT requirements, and safe lifting practices in the workplace. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail during route planning and load management. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively.
