Duties Safely operate various vehicles, including commercial trucks and automobiles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines Load, unload, and secure merchandise with proper heavy lifting techniques to prevent damage or injury Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build lasting relationships Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain accurate inventory documentation for organizational efficiency Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety standards Experience Strong knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and client communication skills Basic math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling to enhance customer interactions Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices Excellent communication skills for effective client relationship building and team coordination Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills meet exceptional service!
