Manage route driving efficiently by planning optimal paths and maintaining organizational skills for timely deliveries. Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and building positive client relationships. Conduct heavy lifting and merchandise merchandising tasks, ensuring products are loaded, unloaded, and organized correctly while practicing safe lifting techniques. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities during deliveries. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage logs, and client interactions for compliance and record-keeping purposes. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or retail store delivery is preferred. Strong knowledge of driving safety regulations, including DOT compliance standards. Basic math skills for handling pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory counts. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes. Proven organizational skills to manage routes effectively and ensure timely deliveries. Prior experience in retail store environments or merchandising is a plus.
